Overspeed sessions are back at Navin Arena every Friday!
What is Overspeed? Sessions with a focus on Individual skills and puck control at high speed with high repetitions and lots of shots on net.
The sessions are 50 minutes every Friday afternoon at 4.30pm until the 29th of November 2024.
Each session is $40 and to be paid via Venmo directly here.
